Ingredients
  

  • 15 large shrimp peeled, deveined & straightened
  • 100 g tempura flour mix
  • 100 ml cold sparkling water
  • 50 g tenkasu tempura crisps

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Shrimp – Make small cuts along the curve & stretch them straight.
  • Make the Tempura Batter – Mix tempura flour & cold sparkling water (don’t overmix!).
  • Coat & Crunch – Dip shrimp in batter & roll in tenkasu.
  • Air Fry – Cook at 160°C (320°F) for 6 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Serve & Enjoy – Pair with ponzu, spicy mayo, or sweet chili sauce!
