Make restaurant-quality crispy tempura shrimp in your air fryer! This easy tempura recipe gives you golden crunch without deep frying.

Ingredients
- 15 large shrimp peeled, deveined & straightened
- 100 g tempura flour mix
- 100 ml cold sparkling water
- 50 g tenkasu tempura crisps
Instructions
- Prepare the Shrimp – Make small cuts along the curve & stretch them straight.
- Make the Tempura Batter – Mix tempura flour & cold sparkling water (don’t overmix!).
- Coat & Crunch – Dip shrimp in batter & roll in tenkasu.
- Air Fry – Cook at 160°C (320°F) for 6 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve & Enjoy – Pair with ponzu, spicy mayo, or sweet chili sauce!
